Description

Fixes #12924.

Installing audio-cpp-stable-audio-sfx downloads from mutable upstream main, which the reporter found no longer matches the fixed gallery checksum. Pin the Q8_0 download to revision 199a4a17b9e16d6b8c3cad4a982327b031e5cf8d, whose published file metadata matches the existing SHA256 5bb1ec653134e63dac46264e336ae198a2590195fc996fcd0605021215e9b26f.

This preserves the originally selected artifact and checksum. Update the model library, regenerate its compatibility gallery, and document installation. Use a direct HTTPS resolve URL so revision handling does not depend on the Hugging Face shorthand parser.

All 2,292 entries round-trip. Tests used existing generated gRPC stubs after confirming their source backend.proto is byte-identical to this checkout.

The immutable upstream page publishes the expected SHA256. Direct HTTP requests to Hugging Face return HTTP 403 in this environment, so the resolve headers, full-file hash, installation, and inference were not tested locally.
