Use the published mmproj filename for both uncensored Q4 and Q8 entries. The old filename returns 404, preventing model installation. Preserve the local projector path and existing checksum. Assisted-by: Codex:gpt-6 Signed-off-by: Ettore Di Giacinto <mudler@localai.io>

Description
Fixes #12806. Correct the remote vision-projector filename for
qwen3.8-27b-uncensored-q4and its Q8 variant. Both now usemmproj-Qwen3.8-27B-Uncensored-F16.gguf, matching the existingqwen3.8-27b-uncensoredentry and the reporter's file listing. Local filenames and checksums stay the same.Notes for Reviewers
@mudler @richiejp: two URI replacements only. Parsed all 2,212 gallery entries with Go yaml.v3 and checked both projector records against their configured local paths and the existing catalog checksum. The targeted check fails on the old URLs and passes after the correction;
git diff --checkpasses. Hugging Face requests are blocked with HTTP 403 in this environment, so live downloads and inference were not tested and the checksum was not independently re-fetched.Signed commits
