make up/down/logs/reset now carry --profile observability (Langfuse is part of the full stack); the api container defaults to the profile's headless-init dev keys so traces flow without a .env entry — real deploys override via env. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
