Add setting to select preferred ABI to use for installs - #50

Some devices support multiple ABIs and it can be useful to control this for testing gecko platform concerns. This adds a setting to change default APK selection from "universal" to one of the devices supported variants. Also show the active ABI in install info by querying the packages native library path.
