…ranche 2) Syncs monchee/drug-library#21 and flips Cephalexin, Ciprofloxacin, Doxycycline, Lignocaine and Ultravist (including Ultravist's control variant) from hand-maintained records to the generated source. Positions untouched — verify-order: 117/117, frozen prefix intact. DREAM_ONLY 24 → 13; GENERATED 93 → 104. Cephalexin's pharmacy flag stays on skin IV only, matching the release warning. Two SCRATCH pages documented challenge regimens differing from DREAM's; the exported protocols follow DREAM (flagged for review in the SCRATCH PR). tsc, lint, build clean; 854 tests green.
