Syncs the SCRATCH export authored in monchee/drug-library#20 and flips 26 dream-only records to generated sources: Penicillin Major/Minor (PPL/MD), Ampicillin, Amoxycillin, Benzylpenicillin, Augmentin, Ketamine, Thiopental, Ropivacaine, Morphine, Remifentanil, Povidone Iodine and Metacresol — including their control variants. Positions untouched: all findDreamOnly calls become findGenerated in place; verify-order confirms 117/117 positions with the frozen prefix hash intact. DREAM_ONLY drops 50 → 24 records; GENERATED grows 67 → 93. The TestingPlanGenerator Ketamine assertion now expects its SCRATCH handbook link instead of its absence. tsc, lint, build clean; 854 tests green; coverage 78.8/70.9/72.8/80.0 against thresholds 76/67/67/79.
