Remove ~50 outdated essays, audits, YC/PH kits, and fantasy architecture docs that still sold local-first Organizer as the product. Move remaining desktop engineering notes under docs/legacy/. Documentation hygiene for the cloud product. Agents and humans were drowning in docs that still sold local-first Organizer / YC $99 / Product Hunt desktop as the product.
What changed
