Rebases the already-tested XGuard WordPress x402 Pay connector onto the current main branch after the original PR was blocked only by updated branch-protection checks. The connector appears as XGuard — Base mainnet in the WordPress x402 Pay facilitator picker, preserves merchant payTo/price, uses the canonical XGuard backend, supports optional Usage Credits bearer auth, and includes a PHP behavioral contract plus production facilitator smoke checks.
