Expands zero-cost distribution for the live XGuard Settlement Control Plane. Updates the repository positioning around the in-path payment firewall, adds Glama metadata, publishes to MCPCentral via GitHub OIDC, and submits the public repository to mcp.so. No paid placement or spend is authorized.
