Publishes canonical /openapi.json with x-payment-info, input/output schemas and agent guidance; adds /.well-known/x402 fan-out; keeps the runtime HTTP 402 challenge authoritative; and strengthens deployment smoke tests so discovery metadata and the live payment challenge must agree before production is considered healthy.
