Temporary diagnostic PR. It runs a zero-money x402 payment attempt against the XGuard testnet Worker only, using a deliberately invalid signature. No mainnet funds or merchant balance are used. The goal is to confirm that
/verifyand/settlereceive and reject the dummy payment attempt as expected.
