Removes the 3.13t entry from the
free-threadedCI job. The README now says 3.14t is the supported free-threaded build. The 3.13t leg could never run the full extras set.
litestarneedsmsgspec, andfastmcpneedscffi(throughcryptography). Both refuse to build free-threaded below 3.14, deliberately and for good: msgspec/msgspec#744 was closed with 3.14t support only, and cffi'ssetup.pyraises outright. #172 and #173, which tracked lifting those exclusions, are closed as won't-fix. Free-threading in 3.13 was also experimental, so 3.14t is where free-threaded users are.The single-entry matrix stays, so a future 3.15t is a one-line addition. The install step's name no longer mentions the 3.14t-only extras.
Verification: the workflow YAML parses. The remaining 3.14t job is unchanged, so CI on this PR shows it still passes.
