Added mcp-auth-adapter to the README.md resources section.
mcp-auth-adapter is a lightweight, stateless and transparent OAuth/OIDC authentication adapter between existing SSO server for Model Context Protocol (MCP). It sits in front of any OAuth 2.0 / OIDC IdP and provides functionality required by the MCP Authorization specification for the most common MCP clients (Claude Code/Desktop, Cursor IDE, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, VS Code, ...) and their known problematic behaviours.
