Adds the Vaquill-AI/awesome-legaltech curated list to the Resources section, alphabetically between Awesome Crypto MCP Servers (badkk) and Awesome MCP Servers (appcypher). The list covers LegalTech open-source platforms, AI models, MCP servers, companies, datasets, and tools.
