Adds the Vocametrix MCP server to the Resources list.

• What it does: Exposes the Vocametrix voice analysis API (48 endpoints) as MCP tools — clinical voice quality measures (AVQI, DSI, CPP, HNR, jitter, shimmer, formants F1-F4, GNE, H1*-H2*), pronunciation assessment, speech-to-text, phoneme detection, prosody similarity, eGeMAPS feature extraction, and more.

Tested locally with Claude Desktop and the MCP Inspector. Inserted alphabetically under V (between ToolHive and Webrix).
