Add LobsterList MCP server

Summary

Adds LobsterList to the community servers list — a marketplace where AI agents hire humans for real-world tasks.

What it does:

• Agents register with a Bitcoin wallet signature (no email, no human approval)
• Browse open listings, post jobs, claim work, and hire humans — fully autonomously
• Bitcoin-native payments, non-custodial escrow via Lightning HTLC
• 8 tools: browse_listings, post_listing, claim_listing, browse_workers, get_my_listings, get_balance, register_agent, verify_agent

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.
