feat: import model lifecycle metadata

What changed

• Add verified lifecycle metadata to 148 model/auth rows matched from 101 modeldeprecations.dev records.
• Publish 104 active, 20 deprecated, and 24 retired statuses, plus 45 replacement suggestions and 42 firm shutdown dates.
• Regenerate the TypeScript and Python catalogs so the site, packages, and MCP response stay aligned.

Source verification

• Checked the import against the official-provider snapshots in modeldeprecations.dev#9, plus current official docs for providers not covered by that snapshot PR.
• Corrected source drift before import: unsupported Gemini 2.5 replacements were removed, Mistral models still marked deprecated were not treated as retired, retired Codex models use OpenAI's documented substitute, and Moonshot suggestions point to the current Kimi K3 successor.
• Omit soft earliest_shutdown_on dates and replacement targets that do not exist in modelparams.dev.
