Replace the custom Vite plugin, HTML shell and vanilla DOM scripts with a TanStack Start app, prerendered to static files and deployed to Cloudflare Pages as before. Content in packages/docs/content is unchanged, and the build emits the same pages, .md twins, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, sitemap, robots.txt, search index and 404.html. - vite-plugin-content.ts serves the content as virtual modules: site metadata, a lazily loaded chunk per page, and the generated files for server routes. - Page bodies are rendered by the existing markdown-it/Shiki pipeline and shipped as a prebuilt element tree, so no HTML parser reaches the browser. - Navigation is client side, with pages preloaded on hover. - UI components are shadcn on Base UI, styled with the site's existing classes. Base UI owns keyboard navigation for tabs, search and dialog focus; keyrove keeps the sidebars, the 404 links, the hero and the demos. - The search dialog loads on first use; the drawer is a Base UI sheet. - 404.html hydrates at any URL via a router location rewrite. - The deploy uploads packages/docs/dist/client.
