The README mixed first-use steps with reference details and repeated capture and publishing behavior. List runtime and development requirements, put the quick start before development, and shorten the guide by about 40% while keeping operational and data-safety constraints.
Clarify that capture reuse requires the same source and contents, and that publishing a new link replaces locally saved revocation details.
Validation:
git diff --check, balanced Markdown fences, local link checks, and comparison against the CLI implementation. Documentation only; CI runs the project checks.
