Routes plan analyze/show/validate through plan-command with exact missing-value parsing, fail-closed artifact reads, JSON and human output, and help coverage. Read-only: no writes, provider calls, or planner invocation. Global option ordering and existing commands unchanged. The benchmark subcommand arrives with PR8A tooling. Merge gate: bun test (341 pass), bunx tsc --noEmit.
