hi! this is the code for my personal website, pidgon.com. Everything should work out of the box except the logbook. You'll have to create an auth0 account and populate the env.example file with the required data. Then you'll have to set up a Postgres DB and run this command:

Copy your connection string into the PGDB env field, and you should be done.

Auth0 configuration (v4)

This app uses @auth0/nextjs-auth0 v4 with the middleware-based setup. Make sure the following environment variables are defined (for example in .env.local):

AUTH0_DOMAIN=your-tenant.region.auth0.com
AUTH0_CLIENT_ID=your-client-id
AUTH0_CLIENT_SECRET=your-client-secret
AUTH0_SECRET=your-long-random-secret
APP_BASE_URL=https://your-app-base-url

Notes:

• AUTH0_BASE_URL from earlier versions has been renamed to APP_BASE_URL.
• AUTH0_ISSUER_BASE_URL has been replaced by AUTH0_DOMAIN and must not include a scheme (no https://).
• Auth routes are now mounted automatically under /auth/* (for example /auth/login, /auth/logout).

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.js. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

API routes can be accessed on http://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.js.

The pages/api directory is mapped to /api/*. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.
