Cannot be used normally in tunnel

• Remote OS: Windows 11
• Host OS: Windows 10
• VS Code version: 1.113.0
• Extension version: 2.1.10

Describe the bug:

Clicking Open Browser in tunnel mode has no response.

Repro steps:

Right click on any valid index.html in tunnel mode and click Open Browser.

Expected behavior:

Being able to view a web page in the editor.
