[macOS] Look for Edge in ~/Applications

• Extension version (e.g., 1.2.3): 2.1.10

Describe the bug:

Repro steps:

Install Edge.app into user-specific ~/Applications instead of system-wide /Applications.

Expected behavior:

vscode-edge-devtools should also look in ~/Applications
