I'm a Cloud Engineer II at eCloudvalley Digital Technology (Philippines), coming from a 6+ year QA/BA background. Day to day I own enterprise Freshworks implementations end to end — Freshdesk and Freshservice — across QA automation, business analysis, UAT delivery, and client-facing rollout, mostly for airline and retail clients.

Most of that work lives in private client repos, so it won't show up here. What you'll find on this profile instead is the civic tech I build in the open, and the design studio I run on the side.

BetterIndang — a community transparency portal for Indang, Cavite. It puts local governance info in one public place, tied into the BetterGov.PH movement. I built it and I maintain it.

I run ElleDesigns, a freelance web design studio for small businesses and personal brands — new builds, ongoing care plans, and a paid assessment for people who aren't sure what to fix first.

• 📄 One-Page — a focused single-page site
• 🖥️ Full Website — a complete multi-page build
• 🛠️ Website + Care — full build plus an ongoing care/maintenance plan
• 🔍 Website Assessment — a paid review, credited toward the project if you move forward

• ☁️ Cloud — AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, serverless architecture, Terraform/Terragrunt
• 🎫 Implementation & QA — Freshdesk, Freshservice, Katalon Studio, Robot Framework, Postman, JMeter, Playwright (in progress)
• 💻 Dev background — React, Vue, Node, Python
• 📜 Certs — AWS Cloud Practitioner (Solutions Architect Associate in progress), Freshworks Implementation Specialist, Scrum, Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Client implementation work is private and won't show up in repos here — my site has the rest of the picture.
