Summary

• add an exact fail-closed patch manifest for ChatGPT 26.901.31953 (bundle 7868, original ASAR SHA-256 pinned)
• register explicitly owned version-specific transform and project-selector variants
• bind the Review mux to this build’s semantic React, branch-picker, comment, parser, and DiffCard dependencies

Goal-mode usage

Goal mode required a newest-first TDD loop: exact identity/ownership assertions, focused transform proof, exact preflight, a fresh live Electron contract, original-resolution screenshot inspection, and mandatory repository gates before this stacked PR. Live failures were treated as evidence: the first exposed the wrong React namespace; the next exposed raw fallback diffs, leading to a complete semantic dependency assertion before the final implementation.
