A Fork Dedicated to Windows (Portable)

I created a Windows Only fork / variation: RoyiFileManager.

1. It is a portable version.
2. Removed all the license and signing related.
3. It fixes launch time issue.
4. Some small fixes and speed optimizations.

I intend to add some features so far seen in Plug In's only.

Let me know how to credit you on top of what I did in license and readme.

Thanks, there's nothing else to do. The only thing I ask is that you don't spam fman's issue tracker with posts about your file manager. Your comments in #338, #82, #371 are OK for now; But I would not want you to keep making posts like that. If you have improvements for fman that could benefit all users, then it would be nicer if you would share them through pull requests, instead of making them in your own fork and using fman's issue tracker to advertise your solution.

Hi, I just linked those related to features I asked my self (I deleted my prior comments, maybe I shouldn't have).

I wanted to do pull requests, yet I couldn't get any way to test them.
Since I intend to add many features I decide to just focus on Windows.

You created a great starting architecture.
It is really nice, elegant and efficient relative to a Python based application.

Thank you for releasing the source, it was a kind act.
