It sent people to the wiki for the exact line, and the wiki page had been emptied; an RS50 owner then used the wheel's own id, so the game never saw a wheel it knew and sent no force (#125). Name the virtual wheel's id in the text, and say it is the same on every wheel.

The setup text pointed to the wiki for the exact
device_defines.xmlline; that page had been emptied by a bad wiki edit on 22 Sep (now restored), and an RS50 owner used the wheel's own id instead of the proxy's virtual wheel id, so DiRT Rally 2.0 sent no force (#125). The text now names{C2DD046D-0000-0000-0000-504944564944}and says it is the same on every wheel. logi-wheel-core tests pass.
