Version bump, lock refresh and the changelog heading for 0.42.4 (the launcher starts the logi-tf-sim it reports; the SDK proxy guarded where ACC and AC EVO refuse it, with corrected docs and app hints; the DiRT Rally 2.0 recipe and extradata note), plus a CREDITS line for the #121 capture. The shipped relay is refreshed from this branch's CI artifact before merge.
