💡 What: Memoizes the get_variants API response using @functools.lru_cache and returns an immutable tuple.
🎯 Why: get_variants was making a network request for every single product created, despite being static data. This resolves an N+1 query issue during the product creation loop.
📊 Impact: Eliminates redundant HTTP requests, saving ~500ms-1s per product created in batch operations.
🔬 Measurement: Run python3 printify_manager.py create with multiple draft products. The first blueprint fetch per print provider will hit the network, and subsequent products using the same blueprint will instantly return cached variants.
