💡 What: Implemented memoization using @functools.lru_cache for the get_variants API function across multiple scripts (printify_manager.py, create_merch.py, merch_factory.py), modifying the return type to an immutable tuple to prevent side-effects while maintaining compatibility with json.dumps.

🎯 Why: To fix a severe N+1 network request bottleneck where the scripts queried the Printify API for identical product variants repeatedly inside tight loops during bulk product creation.

📊 Impact: Significantly accelerates bulk operations by virtually eliminating redundant outbound network requests to the Printify catalog API.

🔬 Measurement: Run a large bulk creation pass using python3 create_merch.py or python3 merch_factory.py before and after to observe the dramatic reduction in overall runtime and logged API calls.
