Release prep for v0.0.6 (patch).

  • Roll CHANGELOG.md [Unreleased] into [0.0.6] - 2026-06-28.
  • Bump the CLI Version to 0.0.6.

Highlights since v0.0.5: --judge flag now actually selects the judge (+ unknown
name rejected), the CLI no longer hangs after processing all proxies, GitHub
Actions workflows fixed, MIT relicense, reworked README, new CONTRIBUTING and
CHANGELOG.

Bump CLI version to 0.0.6 and roll the CHANGELOG Unreleased section into
the 0.0.6 release.
