fix: dedupe browser tab title and add the header logo - #5

The homepage's frontmatter title matched the site title exactly, so Starlight's default <title> template produced 'memaudit docs | memaudit docs'. Gave the homepage its own title (the hero tagline) instead. Also wires up memaudit's mark as the site header logo (Starlight's logo config is separate from the favicon, which already used it) - copied from memaudit.dev's own icons/favicon.svg, sized up to 32x32 for header display without altering the mark itself. The homepage's frontmatter title matched the site title exactly, producing a duplicated browser tab title ("memaudit docs | memaudit docs"). Also wires up memaudit's own mark as the Starlight header logo (previously only used as the favicon).
