More default normalizers please!

In particular, Decimal and Integer would be great to have in the default set.

These type of normalizers have been done over and over again in the community and are better maintained. I will update the README with how you should be pulling these in from other sources. The normalizers that come with the gem are really only there as defaults and examples.
