Hash Markup is a free, open-source Markdown editor for macOS and Windows
with both WYSIWYG and raw modes. Website: https://hash-markup.davidsoden.com

Adds _tools/hash-markup.md and assets/images/tools/hash-markup.png.
The tool listing template renders thumbnails from
assets/images/tool-icons/. Added the matching file so the Hash Markup
entry in the directory shows the icon instead of a broken image.
The card container is fixed-height (16rem x 15rem). The original
description ran four lines and pushed the Learn more button out of
the card. Drops 'open-source' and replaces 'for macOS and Windows'
with 'cross-platform' for a 23-char trim.
Brings back the 'free, open-source' framing and 'both' modes wording,
but abbreviates 'macOS and Windows' to 'Mac/Win' so the description
still fits within the card.
v0.2.0 adds footnotes, heading IDs, definition lists, emoji shortcodes,
highlight, sub/sup, and disabling-auto-url. The editor core also
changed from Toast UI to Milkdown + CodeMirror 6; the description
text updates to match.
