Summary
Expose dispatched build_image/datax/restore commands in the top-level help, correct docker stop scope and the nobuild example, remove the stale 0.8.0 latest claim, and document deployment modes/schedule cancellation.
Verification
bash -n mo_ctl.sh bin/help.sh; executed help, stop help and deploy help; confirmed docker mode stops the configured container and git/binary help identifies host-wide mo-service stop. git diff --check passed.
Scope Notes
No deployment, destructive operation or crontab mutation was executed. Scheduled-job lifecycle and backup execution remain environment/version-specific.
