Once the easy part of implementing the test instance in Docker is resolved, I simply told him that the application did not display the formatting modal when selecting text.
...and after a very long time, he solved it for 4 dollars. 😅

It took him a lot of work to figure it out, because it was finally obvious, but I couldn't see it for over a year!. 👏🏻
