[Bug]: Application v4 is not signed for windows #648
Description
Describe the bug
Both the installer and the portable version are getting blocked. The v3 I was able to install without issues in the past and still got that running. But I can't upgrade sadly to v4 because of that.

The application was never signed for Windows as a whole.
