Material for MkDocs raises the root font size to 137.5% above 1600px and 150% above 2000px. The body type is sized in rem, so it rode that scaling and reached 18px on large monitors, making it difficult to read. Pinning the root at 125% from the lower threshold up holds body text at 15px at every width.

Pinning the root at 125% held body text at 15px on every screen, which reads as too small on a 2000px display. Raising the cap to 133.333% lets the type step up once at 1600px and then hold at 16px, so the widest monitors get readable text without the run-up to 18px.
