Technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact are not separate interests to me. They are different instruments for solving the same kind of problem: systems that do not work as well as they should.
I approach problems by examining the complete system rather than immediately optimizing individual components.
That usually means:
- defining the actual objective;
- identifying constraints and failure points;
- removing unnecessary steps and dependencies;
- designing the simplest reliable solution;
- measuring whether the result produces meaningful improvement.
I care about execution, ownership, clarity, and outcomes.
