Im using Pykonal locally on a grid with 1km steps as part of an inversion that updates a 3d velocity model. Using shallow eq rays are traced through topography. Is there a way in future versions to provide Pykonal with a netCDF file of local topography, that will help to restrict the solver from tracing rays across it?
Currently, I'm masking values above the interface but I have a feeling that this will be an excellent improvement for people with a relatively coarse grid.
