Reconcile docs/SUBMISSIONS.md to GitHub ground truth (main's log had fallen behind — prior auto-run PRs never merged). Carries forward the 2026-08-09 reconciliation and adds the 2026-08-10 run. 2026-08-10 run: no new external PR/email (the one new strong-fit git-PR venue was already acted-on). One unlogged bucabay PR reconciled via the mandatory dedupe check: - iAmCorey/awesome-indie-hacker-tools -> OPEN PR #158 (2026-08-02, Templates section). Logged, not re-PR'd (fleet rule 2026-08-03). 12 new skips documented (casdoor/awesome-auth, johackim/awesome-indiehackers, coderabbitai/awesome-coderabbit, farhan523/awesome-js-starters, etc.) so future runs don't re-research them. 13 bucabay PRs verified against GitHub: 1 LIVE (bytefer/awesome-shadcn-ui #29), 1 rejected (brandonhimpfen #46), 11 OPEN/pending.
