Refresh balances after detecting Token-2022 mints
When a configured or otherwise pre-existing Token-2022 mint is loaded while activeUseToken2022 starts false, this branch flips the active program only after the initial mint-based balance refresh has already derived Tokenkeg ATAs. The refresh effect below is still keyed only by [connection, mint], so changing the token program does not re-run refreshBalances; the UI can keep showing zero/wrong balances and stale subscriptions until another manual refresh-causing action occurs. Trigger a balance refresh when the detected owner changes, or include the token program in the refresh effect/subscription dependencies.
