TypeScript 7.0.2（Go 原生编译器）超出 typescript-eslint@8.71.0 的 peer 范围（>=4.8.4 <6.1.0），npm ci 直接 ERESOLVE（#55 的三个失败作业均死在 Install 步骤）。npm 段 ignore：typescript >=7，待 typescript-eslint 宣布支持 TS 7 后删除该块。仅配置变更。
