FAQ
You probably don't have configured correctly the app. (The token is missing).
Please follow the Getting-Started instructions.
If you have correctly configured codes in the data manager using the same token, there is probably an error during synchronization.
Please enable the debug mode in the app settings to force synchronization and have a message if an error occurs.
This means that your phone is not connected to your phone using Bluetooth.
Bluetooth connection is required to synchronize your codes from the data manager to you watch. You also need your phone to be connected to the internet.
Please see the main errors if you have another error code.
This is a known issue while scanning some barcodes.
Please complete the form manually instead of scanning your barcode.
The value is usually written under the barcode.
To know the type, please use an external scanner (like Barcode Scanner on android)
The list of the supported format is too long to put them all in the list but you can have a look to the following page : https://github.com/metafloor/bwip-js/wiki/BWIPP-Barcode-Types and copy the corresponding "BWIPP Encoder" value to the format field in the app.
Unfortunately this is caused by an unexpected error that few users have.
It seems that the only way to solve the issue is to remove the app and then reinstall it.
I suspect that this error occurs after making some changes in the app settings (I don't really know why). So please don't make any changes in the app settings (except setting the token). Then please make sure your watch is connected to your phone and the internet connection is working correctly on your phone.
Then when the app is starting, you have to wait a few seconds and the your watch should vibrate (this means the synchronization has completed). Once the synchronization is completed, you should be able to select a code.
