Enhanced the README to include comprehensive setup instructions, prerequisites, and steps for integrating Nginx Proxy Manager logs with Grafana. Added sections for Docker container setup, adding InfluxDB as a data source in Grafana, and importing the dashboard. Also included tips for visualizing data and customizing dashboards.
