Summary

publish the launcher as @luoyuctl/agenttrace
keep the installed command as agenttrace
derive the npm tarball filename from npm pack --json, which supports scoped package names
align install docs and release-surface checks

Validation

npm --prefix npm test
bash scripts/ci/check-release-surfaces.sh
npm pack --json verified luoyuctl-agenttrace-<version>.tgz
