The Populate Pipes button is a tool on a pyRevit Automation toolbar tab that builds complete 3D pipe networks straight from a field survey file (csv). You just click the icon, pick your spreadsheet, and the tool places all the lines and connecting parts in the exact right spot in your building model, handling the alignment and some of the tees and elbow fittings.
