Private Chat can explicitly address a registered attached Agent through an App-scoped grant for its exact Goal/Agent/Session/host in the selected workspace. /agents lists usable grants, /agent <target-ref> selects one and /project returns to the original ordinary conversation. Requests enter that host’s canonical queue and results return to the original App/source without another adapter or hidden Goal.

Integrated #5544 at fca7ee37f8fec48728be02e1cc01da11bdbd95d1 through an append-only merge, preserving original branch history and the merged #5540 workspace design. The base-relative diff remains limited to this capability.

Validation on f655ea9a7afd1292ddfc3fbec0dd8b99634de5d3: 14 attached-Agent/steward Python journeys and 13 typed binding/scope tests passed.

The predecessor’s committed-commission recovery fix is retained. Current-head CI and maintainer review remain required; old-head evidence is historical. This is a source candidate, not installed promotion or proof of live Operations Agent delegation, independent host browser reading, or permission callbacks. No architecture thresholds were raised for this integration.
