Bumps __version__ and closes the CHANGELOG section for the viewer changes that landed in #37. The release workflow refuses a version whose two sources disagree, so this has to be on main before the tag.

Version bump for the viewer changes that landed in #37.
compare_tool/__init__.py:1.11.0→1.12.0CHANGELOG.md: the[Unreleased]entries move under## [1.12.0] — 2026-08-251.12.0rather than a patch because the viewer's behaviour changed in a way auser will notice: turning off Comment or Unimportant no longer reports those
files as Identical, and the left column's panes fold and resize.
735 tests pass, ruff clean. Nothing but those two files changes.
