feat(madara): add BaiLianTales source

Adds BaiLianTales (https://bailiantales.com/, English) as a Madara source with useNewChapterEndpoint: true, plus a 96x96 icon taken from the site's own icon.

I couldn't reproduce the empty description or the 0 chapters described in the issue. From this machine, using the plugin's default request headers, the novel page includes div.summary__content, and POST <novel>/ajax/chapters/ returns the full chapter list. The old admin-ajax.php endpoint returns 400, so the new endpoint is required. Locked (coin) chapters link to #, and the template already skips those, so hasLocked is not set.

Testing

• npm run check:plugin -- 'plugins/english/BaiLianTales[madara].ts': popularNovels PASS (16 novels), searchNovels PASS, parseNovel PASS, parseChapter PASS (13481 chars)
• Plugin Playground (npm run dev:start): the popular list loads with covers. A novel page shows its summary, author, status, genres and 25 chapters, and chapter 1's text loads (6508 chars).
• npm run build:compile passes, and npx prettier --check passes on sources.json. npm run lint reports 3 errors, all in files this PR doesn't touch.
